After contracting Lyme disease, I was faced with a life-altering challenge that left me unable to walk. At the time, I was working as a licensed cosmetologist. When my body could no longer support the work I had trained for, I turned inward and toward alternative paths of healing.

Through prayer, acupuncture, tuning forks, sound healing, and yoga, I gradually regained my mobility. But the healing didn’t stop with the physical. As a former lay minister in the Christian church, my journey has led me to reclaim my connection to the sacred in more expansive, intuitive, and liberatory ways.

I am an attuned Reiki Master, Reiki Teacher, and Sound Healing Practitioner, honoring body, spirit, and ancestral wisdom. I bring my lived experience, creativity, and spiritual insight into every session, holding space for others who are seeking healing on their own terms.​ I am devoted to walking alongside those who are ready to remember themselves whole.
