Refund Policy

Honoring Time, Energy, and Intention

At Oasis Journey LLC, we approach each healing session with deep intention and presence. We recognize that your time, energy, and resources are valuable — and so are ours. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be considered.

By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final
​

Because our services are time- and energy-based, all completed sessions are non-refundable. Once a session has begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of outcome or personal perception of results.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations

​

  • You may cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.

​

Rescheduling
​

  • You may request to reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • We allow one reschedule per appointment. Additional changes may incur a fee or require a new booking.

​

No-Shows
​

  • If you miss a session without notice, the session is considered used and no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future booking access.

​

3. Refunds Due to Practitioner Cancellation
​

If we must cancel your session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost,
    or

  • Receive a full refund to your original payment method.

​

4. Dissatisfaction with Service
​

If you are dissatisfied with your experience:

  • We encourage you to reach out within 48 hours of your session to discuss your concerns.

  • While we do not guarantee outcomes, we may offer a partial credit toward a future session at our discretion.

  • This is not an obligation, but a gesture of goodwill based on mutual respect.

5. Package Deals & Prepaid Sessions

If you purchase a package or prepaid session bundle:

  • Sessions must be used within the valid timeframe specified at time of purchase.

  • Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request.

6. Gift Certificates
​

All gift certificates are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another recipient by written request.

​
