Service Description
My consultations are collaborative, introductory meetings designed to assess "fit," explore your needs, and establish a comfortable environment for future work. This is a non-therapeutic and low-intensity conversation via phone or video where we decide if we are a suitable match.
Cancellation Policy
I require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee based on the service cost. Credit and Rescheduling: All late cancellation or no-show fees are non-refundable. However, the collected fee will be applied as a credit to your account and can be used to reschedule a future appointment. How to Cancel: Please notify me via info@oasisjourneyllc.com or (864) 790-1255. Emergencies: I understand that emergencies can happen suddenly. Exceptions to this policy are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
