Healing Sacred Agreements in Healing Work

Welcome to Oasis Journey LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.oasisjourneyllc.com and our services, including virtual and in-home sessions. By accessing this site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

We offer holistic wellness services including Reiki, Reflexology, and Crystal Healing. These are complementary wellness practices, not substitutes for licensed medical or psychological care.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for any health concerns.

All services are provided:

Online (via Zoom or similar platforms)
Or at your residence (within eligible service areas in South Carolina, or as arranged)

2. Eligibility

By booking services, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian
Responsible for your own health and wellness decisions
Residing in or requesting services within areas where we are legally and practically able to serve

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by direct contact.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session to avoid being charged.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency.
You may reschedule once without penalty, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds

Due to the energetic and time-based nature of our services, all sales are final once a session is completed. Partial refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion in cases of service interruption or dissatisfaction.

4. In-Home Sessions

If you request an in-home session:

You agree to provide a safe, clean, and respectful space for the practitioner.
We reserve the right to end a session and/or refuse service if we feel unsafe or uncomfortable for any reason.
Travel fees may apply depending on your location; these will be disclosed at time of booking.

We do not enter private homes where:

There is active smoking indoors
There are unrestrained aggressive animals
There are health or safety hazards

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse this website or interfere with others' use of it
Reproduce or distribute our content or materials without permission
Harass, threaten, or harm the practitioner in any way
Use our services for unlawful or inappropriate purposes

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
